Who Should Consider Becoming a Stephen Minister?
SM Material
“WHO SHOULD CONSIDER BECOMING A STEPHEN MINISTER?”

Maybe you should.

Only you know in the sanctum of your own prayer life if God may be calling you to stretch yourself and to enter this important ministry to Christ by serving those in distress.

Are you 18 or older?
Are you a good listener?
Are you willing to learn not to “fix” people’s problems, but to love them?
Do you love God and are you ready for an adventure of faith?
Are you willing to set a priority to this in time, talent, and concern?

Can you commit to two years in addition to the 3½ months of preparation and learning?
