Rev. Andrew Taylor Peck is a pastor, environmentalist, traveler, teacher and most

importantly father to Felix and Zora. Rev. Andrew serves Broadway Christian Church as

the associate pastor and along with his wife, Rev. Dr. Sarah serves as the ministry

leadership team. Rev. Andrew is passionate about pastoral care, creating inclusive

Christian communities, preaching on a wide range of scriptures, leading mission trips,

eco-theology, teaching Sunday school and children and youth ministry.

He received his Master of Divinity from in 2009 from Harvard Divinity School in

Cambridge, MA and was ordained with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in May

2011. Rev. Andrew served as senior minister for Trinity United Church of Christ in

Canton, OH for a decade from 2014-2024. Prior to that he served as the youth minister

at Lindenwood Christian Church and Collierville Christian Church both in Memphis, TN.

Prior to his call to ministry Rev. Andrew graduated from Bucknell University in 2000 with

a BS in Environmental Studies, worked for 4 years in Colorado for environmental non-

profit organizations and spent 2 years as a solo traveler around the world. During his

travels Rev. Andrew has visited 61 countries and volunteered teaching English in

Thailand, rescuing sea turtles in Costa Rica, conducting biological diversity surveys in

the Ecuadorian Amazon and building houses for those in need in Guatemala.

Rev. Andrew was the first international volunteer while a language student in 2005 for

the organization “From Houses to Homes” in Antigua, Guatemala. He has since led 4

mission trips back to Guatemala with 5 different congregations. He has introduced 87

people to Guatemala, most recently a group from Broadway in July 2026.

Rev. Andrew taught 7 th grade Social Studies for 1 ½ in Massachusetts and has a

passion for education. He served on the board of the National Benevolent Association

from 2011-2014 and on the Harvard Divinity School Alumnae Council from 2021-2025.



Rev. Andrew enjoys spending time outside hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, sailing or

doing anything in the great outdoors. He especially enjoys the outdoor opportunities

right here in Columbia, MO. His other passion is travelling to sample food from around the globe and finding the best international restaurants in Columbia.
