This class explores the intersection of scripture, discipleship, and contemporary social and theological issues. For our winter quarter we conclude our study of Brian McLaren's "Faith after Doubt" and return to the final sessions of Bart Ehrman's Gnostic Gospels.

Awakenings: Exploring the Christian Contemplative Path

This class will focus on the Christian Contemplative Wisdom and Practices that help us align actions and values, re-engage our True Self, and show up in service to the world.  This quarter we study Richard Rohr's "Hope Against Darkness". 

BYKOTA Circle (Group Sharing in Daybreak Format)

Come enjoy song, prayer, discussion, and a circle of blessing inspired by the Daybreak spirit.  All are welcome to participate in this unique experience of joy and fellowship grounded in the wisdom of Ephesians 4:32, "Be ye kind one to another(BYKOTA), even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."  We are currently studying "The Drama of Salvation" moving through the Bible, one book each week. An overview is presented followed by in-depth discussion of one key passage. Join us!
