Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent – a six-week season of turn, turn, turning to God in penitence, prayerfulness, and renewal.We are reminded of our mortality, recognize our separation and shortcomings, and recall God’s forgiveness as we commence the Lenten journey.
